By signing up and actively using the PTRcommunity.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
PTRcommunity may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an website news or to the user's actual email registered in the database. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the PTRcommunity.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Affiliates and Account Cancelation
1. You cannot proceed with activities that (by any form) damage the PTRcommunity.com program, the PTRcommunity.com website and the PTRcommunity.com database. This includes (but is no limited to): any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by PTRcommunity.com.
2. You personal data must be real and reliable.
3. You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses.
4. You may not check options that you will not do (for instance: searches).
5. Your internet connection must not be shared with another individual that has an existing PTRcommunity.com account.
6. You can only log in and see the advertisemnets if you are in one of the approved countries. The approved countries are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States
7. You cannot use a proxy.
8. You must understand english language.
9. You cannot do spam to get more referals.
Any violation of these rules may lead to account or payment cancelation.
Responsibility of PTRcommunity.com
1. PTRcommunity.com will calculate, at the beggining of each period, the last period earnings and distribute part of these between the users that have an active and not canceled account.
2. PTRcommunity.com will pay the user's calculated earnings.
Earnings
1. Your earnings will be calculated as: (Period Earnings to share) * (Your Period Points) / (Total Users Period Points)
Payments
1. We only do payments with paypal and alertpay processors. Your are responsible for the correctness of you payment processors data in PTRcommunity.com website. If they are wrong update it.
2. We only send one payment per period to each user. If your payment processor data was wrong when PTRcommunity.com did the payment you lose the payment money.
3. You can request payment when your cash reach the payout value.
4. You can request payment before your cash reach the payout value but after the payment be processed your account is canceled.
3. There is not time limit to process the payment. We only do the payment as our payment processor accounts funds permit it. However we assure you that we will pay.
Advertising in PTRcommunity.com
1. Advertising packages have a base price (advertising price) and fees may be applied to this base price.
2. PTRcommunity.com will not accept all kinds of advertisements. We do not accept abusive advertisements (abusive animated gifs, abusive pop-ups, malware, etc).
3. If and when the advertisement be considered abusive PTRcommunity.com has the right to remove it.
4. PTRcommunity.com will payback the unseen portion of the base price of the removed advertisements.
5. Fees are not refundable.
6. Non abusive advertiments are not removed (unless asked by advertisers). The remove of non abusive advertisements does not lead to a payback to the advertiser.
Privacy
1. We will not use, give or sell user's personal data (unless under legal obligation).
PTRcommunity.com program sustainment and termination
1. Since we pay according the activity of the users (we have no fixed value per action) and we only pay if we have funds PTRcommunity.com program is sustainable.
2. We only terminate/sell PTRcommunity.com's website and program after paying to all users the cash in debt. After that you can choose to continue with a new webmaster or cancel and delete your account.
